    Actually

    I have been doing things.

I made a frame full of butterflies on Saturday ( hi Kirsty ! ):

    Taking passport photos on Sunday
(6 weeks old here and already camera-whipped)

and planning a "PirateShipParty" ( this is one word )
    for a soon-to-be-4yr-old..

Was a bit concerned to see a wonky biro circle around a DVD of "Bindi the Jungle Girl" in the latest K-Mart catalogue.

Then I saw he was circling all sorts of everything as ideas for 'would be gifts'.
    Thank Christ.

I think i'd rather him a DVD of "Teen Idol Ninja Bloodlust IV" than have to endure the Crocmen and Bindiwear.

O I soo agree about the Bindiwear!

    Pirateparty should be good.

I love those butterflies. Have you seen the girl who used family photos she printed for her butterflies?

    Bindiwear! *heehee* Never, ever.

Those butterflies are awesome - what a nice idea and yours are lovely.

How photo savvy is your youngest? Unreal. His passport piccies are amazing - he looks GOOD.

A PirateShipParty sounds like fun. Not having those bloody foam swords are you? Move all your breakables if you are...

That baby boy KNOWS he's going places!! What a pro!
With you on the DVD's. My girl is nearly 16 and we had a mother/daughter bonding session last weekend and watched 30 Days of Night together. We don't do girly weepy stuff at our house.
    The butterflies look great.

Oh my lord, hating that Bindi show is taking up an unreasonably large section of my brain at the moment. When will it finish, when???

Are you taking the mini-jetsetter to France then? Because oohlala, that stripey outfit is tres chic.

Oh God, Parker loves Bindi, it on ABC in the morning before pre-school, no comment on the clothes or the crimmped hair yet though!

glad my kids missed the whole bindi thing. At 13 and 17 they are waaaay too jaded to be interested in it.

everyone KNOWS you should never be too smiley in your passport photos.

Thankfully I have no idea what bindiwear is ...

I love your butterflies! And I have lots and lots of paper that would work beautifully. I feel an after school project coming on!

Chickie got Bindi's Kid Fitness DVD for Christmas (yeah thanks heaps Mum...) Chickie always wants me to do the dances/exercises with him.

Being a boy, at least he's not the slightest bit aware of Bindiwear :)

Great passport pic! Wish mine was that good.

And you do realise, he'll be a five year old heading off somewhere exciting and that will still be his passport photo. How embarrassment.

Clueless on the Bindi reference but loving the butterfly art and gorgeous child number two. Passport photos, yes, thank you for the reminder.

Argh! Even my girls hate the Bindi show. The crimped hair, the extra over-enthusiam, the Bindi-wear!

Passport photos of babies are so cute. They are valid for five years I think - anyway, long after the child stops resembling the squashy-faced little cutie.

The serious look and the striped top lend the lad a rather...er...penitential look.
