They are great images, my city kid calls fog 'smoke' too. She also told me that we needed to get the firetruck there quickly to help get the kitten out of the tree (hmmm someone has seen too much Nick Jnr lately).

Growing up we all used to call that steam/mist/fog that comes out of your mouth on cold days "smoke" - a sign of the (olden) times I guess.
