    Diet Time

I feel so huge at the moment.

Just went and looked at my old 'pregnancy' webpage, and I see I weigh the same as I did when I was 4months pregnant with the boy. I guess that explains all the comments.

Not to mention, i've been a solid, standard weight for the last 10yrs-ish, so people aren't probably used to me putting on weight.

And the first place I gain weight is on my boobs. So i've got a set of "Dollys" at the moment. Gah ! I feel like i'm walking about a 1km behind them. This might sound cool if you don't 'own' a set, but we bosomed girls have the same complaints as the flatchested, only in reverse.

So i'm 10kgs heavier than I was in 2003, although there's 5kgs in there I can play with either way.
    Possibly.
Because I think i'd have to go back to work and desist eating to lose the full 10.

And last night ( or early this morning ), the husband awoke with bad indigestion ( he probably shouldn't have had that 2nd serving of dinner ), and I thought he was going to die of a heart attack.

Considering I knew a girl ( my age, with a newborn ) who woke to a cold husband one morning, I know it can happen.

    Pass the lettuce.

    *Sigh* ..

There's five kilos on me that I'd like to give away to anyone who wants them but I think what with being a mother-of-two and approaching forty at the speed of light I might just have to live with them. *sigh*

I'm one of those girls without a 'set'. Oh my lord, I was working my pregnancy / breastfeeding rack! Couldn't wear enough low cut tops! Sometimes I miss them. But there's always the 'enhancing' bras for those days.

Have you got any house repairs needed/speeding fines to get out of though? Because a set of 'dollys' can come in quite handy then ;-)

Oh also, how AWFUL to wake to a cold husband. Tell AB from me to lay off the second helpings!! Fixit has second-helping tendencies too so we are no stranger to indigestion round here. Rennies are our friends.

We are SO living in a parallel universe! I was wearing a t-shirt today, looked in the mirror, and saw hideous boob bulge going on. What is with that! Time for a bigger bra. But that would mean that I was saying I was comfortable with the extra kilos ... And I'm not. God forbid, my husband stays warm tonight and for a few more nights yet. What a horrible story.

Well, I'm a little bigger than I'd like to be too. Not in a "Ooh I'm sooo fat" kinda Paris Hilton teenage way, more coming from a mid 30s girl who knows how important it is to watch one's weight around the girth with diabetes and health disease in mind.
However, I do love food and I don't love exercise.

That's awful about the cold husband story, I have often thought of what I would do in the same situation. I'm a morbid person mostly.

I hear you sister..... pre two kidlets I was 8kg lighter and at this point I am eating like a starving beefcake. I have been going to the gym for 8 months now.... I have a slimmer bank balance, does that count?? Bring on the comfort food in front of Oprah I say!!!!

snap, rather on the massive side over here too, and yes ok perhaps I have an excuse for the next few weeks but then after that there will be a fair few kilos to lose.
But I'll never be as skinny as I was before I got pregnant with the FB alas, sigh!

*sigh* Five or so extra kgs here too...

Horrible, horrible story about the cold husband. I shudder just thinking about it.

Hey, as the first potentially cold husband to respond, I assure you it troubles us more.

I seriously considered getting pregnant again just so I wouldn't have to try and loose the extra weight put on from the last pregnancy. Seriously.

I just did a little self assessment on my weight too. Not impressed either. I think my days of donuts and milkshakes have to end. Either that or spend an extra hour jogging per day... I'm going to miss those round yummy custard filled treats.

I don't even have the excuse of having had children to explain away the big boobs, they just came that way. Blokes seem to like them but they don't have to live with the bloody things jiggling away all the time. Sigh.
Horrible thing the cold husband story. I remember the last time Mr Brown was (very) ill I lay awake all night, listening to him breathe and waking him up everytime I thought it was taking too long for the next one - didn't make me the most popular person in the house but I'd had a fright!

Okay. What you need is a good dose of the chicken pox. I lost 2 kilos in 5 days. I haven't been this weight since about less than 10 years ago. True. I feel good and happy with my current weight (and I'm ain't no size 8 girl!!)

Oh no, that heart attack story is just horrible!
