Just reading the 'postcode snapshot' in The Age.
The Top Ten Sales in C'wood for 2005-06 peaked at $625k, and in 10th position came $475k.
The market must have come down since 2004, when we sold.
We got $395k for a tiny 1-bd semi .. so that looks darn good compared to these figures, IMO.
