And the brief hasn't changed since August 2006. I still want the same thing
( does this make me boring, or just a girl who knows what she wants ? )
Stubborn husband argued with me yesterday about how I wanted brown cabinetry and blah-de-blah, to which I replied I had never wanted brown cabinetry, and we tossed around some petulant 'did nots' and 'did toos' before I got on the blog to prove my documentation of white cabinetry.
He replied by walking off in a huff.
Gotta love the blog.
I also have the memory of an elephant.
You'd think he'd know better to test it by now.
So we've got some other guy who knows a guy who seems like a good guy coming out this week.
AB also wants to 'fix' the laundry, and put in some IKEA shelving and whatnot for me. Should be interesting, considering there's a brick internal wall to be smashed down.
I'll be removing the new washing machine first.
And i'm behind in reading the blogs and/or answering emails.
"The Other Boleyn Girl" has turned out to be a bit of a page-turner as I imagine Eric Bana as a sexy bodice-ripping King Henry. I've also visited his Summer Palace when Mum lived in London, so i've got all the bedding and wedding locales firmly set in my imagination. Grr tiger.

Never fight with someone with such a good memory. It can't end well. My sister has a memory like that ... I learnt long ago not to even try to argue.
white all the way...
What Christie said!
I have white cabinets. They truly suck.
Way to have a mature argument, you two!
So ? we act like children and yet we expect the older boy-child to act like an adult - what about it ?
and Kim - yeah on the cleaning. I always fancy things will look magazine-fresh without any effort. I'll never learn though.
Im with you - I always want the same thing - when I am not changing my mind!
Gotta love a white kitchen. My renovation file includes white kitchens. The dream house has someone else to clean it. I can dream can't I?
I loved the book version of The Other Boelyn Girl, although I thought the film was crap.
I'm going to start documenting my sides of arguments on my blog for future reference. What a brilliant way to always be right!
I'm finding it so hard to choose a bathroom, I can't begin to imagine how bad I would be choosing a whole kitchen!
So, not only is blogging good for getting things 'down' out of our heads, but also good for proving points!
Just discovered your blog via munchkin angel. Love your style and I'll be back!
Oh don't you just love it, when you have the proof!!
