    Pooped

    Next year's theme is:
    "Hello, thanks-for-your-present-here's-a-party-pie-and-a-piece-of-cake-See-you-Next-Year!"

I'm still wiped out, so instead, here's some pics:
( If they seem exceedingly small, you can click to enlarge. )

Thanks much to my darling husband for being a good pirate and leading the treasure hunt.

    More pics on my flickr

P.S. - notice anything new & cool about the blog ? See my little icon in the address bar at the top ? ( where the page html address is ).
Yep, I totally rock. Are you all jealous much ?

If I get enough pleading and dripping worship, I may even post a tutorial on how you could be cool too.

Or maybe i'll just gloat a lot.

Ahhrr it looks like a jolly good time. The cake looks amazing, I bet all the pirates will remember the day for a very long time - probably will become pirate lore!

Oooh, your baby apprentice pirate is sooo cute!
I love a good pirate themed party so much that I want one when I turn 40!! Wenches and handsome rogues more so than plastic swords and treasure hunts though ;)
Kids parties are EXHAUSTING aren't they!

omg, that looks like the coolest party ever. I am not showing those pics to my son (who draws treasure maps almost as much as star wars pictures).

I'll have to check your leet html skillz when I get home. At work we use Internet Explorer and it's not showing up there. I used to have one too (still haven't sorted out my new template though! I'm so lazy).

    You are a bloody legend.

    Truly.

    With that pirate party.

And of course I have no idea what you are talking about when you go into computer speak so I will not comment on whatever it is you are talking about.

Cool party. You really know how to run with a theme, don't you?
I'd have worn an eye patch, prented an old glad wrap inner was a sword and called it a pirate party.

The smile in the center says it all. THAT's going to be an awesome memory. And oh those costumes. You spared no creativity and it shows. You RAWK (and not only because you surely are going to tell us how you got the icon on your address).

Beautiful job and looks like it was a gorgeous day to boot.
