are too sweet.
Can you believe this gift ?
It's family heirloom type stuff - I swear - I will have to return it.
MC never had anything so sweet !
Aprill is a lovely lady I have never met, but have been 'chatting to' for the last 3-4ish years ( in the time before blogs even, like, in prehistoric times ?! ). I met her in a 'parenting forum' either before or just after the firstborn's original birth day.
She also has two boys ( with the best names ), and this outfit was 'too good for St Vinnies' as she put it !
Oh definitely !
She hopes with Melbourne's fickle weather, it might still get a wearing ( and so do I ! ) - it's gorgeous - thanks Aprill !
I'm sitting here watching "Don't Forget the Lyrics" and singing along to "Jessie's Girl" ( unrelated trivia: Rick Springfield = first 'celeb' crush ) bathed in the dual glow of the computer and the Christmas tree. Ahhhh...
Also, pics of the *awesome* new driveway to come .. once I learn how to photograph it without sunglare losing all the detail of the exposed aggregate....

How gorgeous. I think babies look extra beautiful in hand-knitted clothes.
I know I am most probably biased, but I do love babies in hand knits.
Your friend is indeed very generous, it is a gorgeous set.
Seems Rick Springfield was to you what Garry Kemp was to me....
Lovely crochet outfit. Lucky baby!
Rick was BEFORE Garry, Stacey, and before James, and the Duran boys, and before all those who followed..
I was in love with Rick when I was 11. Spandau ballet didn't even exist then ;)
yes exactly what SG and Stacey said re the baby outfit.
And thanks - Can't get Jessie's Girl out of my head now.
Didn't you wish that you WERE Jesse's girl, just so that you could be the object of Rick's desire?
What a beautiful knit-set!
And can I suggest you try taking your pics of the driveway today? The overcast conditions should deal with your sun-glare issue! :)
What's with Melbourne's weather at the moment?
